The Japanese people want rye flour from Aurion!
For the first time Aurion will visit Japan to present the selective Japanese people to rye flour and sourdough. This is namely a trend going on in Japan these years, many bakery shops have dark bread and rye bread and the open faced Danish sandwiches are introduced many places, e.g. in Bio C’bon – the 100% organic supermarket chain in Tokyo. Among other bakeries you will find the small Danish bakery BROD run by Christina Ganea and her husband in Tokyo. Aurion has landed a deal with Christina about import of Danish flour from Aurion to Japan.
